Lydia Scholars Program
PROGRAM 1
LAI Houston Future Leaders Program
The LAI Houston Future Leaders Program prepares underserved middle and high school students for lifelong success through leadership development, financial capability education, mentorship, college and career readiness, and community engagement.
Students participate in interactive workshops, goal-setting activities, leadership training, and career exploration designed to help them achieve their full potential.
PROGRAM 2
Lydia Scholars Program
The Lydia Scholars Program provides scholarships and educational support to deserving students who face financial barriers to education.
Since 2021, the program has helped students continue their education and pursue brighter futures through tuition assistance, encouragement, and mentorship.

Leadership & Career Readiness
We prepare young people to become confident leaders and career-ready individuals through leadership workshops, public speaking, teamwork, mentorship, college preparation, career exploration, and professional development.
PROGRAM 3
Financial capability is a cornerstone of lifelong success.
LAI equips students with practical financial knowledge, including budgeting, saving, responsible spending, goal setting, and informed financial decision-making, empowering them to build a strong financial future.
